Expanding Roots
The roots are really expanding their way in Indian Tree as far as Corruption is concerned. This is not a new thing I am discussing or something not experienced by any Indian. This has become a part and parcel of our Indian lives. It seems that expanding Indian tree is so accustomed to this to lay the very foundations of this upcoming India on Corruption. And this foundation is just digging a nail in our tree’s coffin.
Not to talk of our great worthy Ministers’ great stories of some great ‘scam of crores of rupees’ .I am not going to talk of some another scam in a newly invented domain by the great thoughtful leaders responsible for the prosperity of the Indian tree. This is just a view of the ‘INDIA SHINING’ by a common man.
A police man (on motorbike) wanders through the road at 10 p.m. in the night.Supposedly,he is on duty and sacrificing his night for maintaining law and order .What a great man he is? Suddenly, he stops beside a ‘gubbarawala’ (on bicycle) and takes some toys (may be for his children) from him, doesn’t pays the money and go away. What a use of power! Next, he goes to a roadside ‘sabjiwala’ and the same case is repeated. May be this time he is hungry!
If this is the scenario how our roots work, then no surprise to hear of the great scams.Rather,that should be quiet expected and hopeful by every Indian .
So, where do all think do these great sounding phrases: "INDIA SHINING","INDIA EMERGING", AND lots more stand…….We don’t deserve them. Aren’t the roots of this great tree expanding in the wrong direction? Can we expect invention of some new weedicide to kill out the weeds from the Growing Indian Tree and look for really a SHINING INDIA ahead?
P.S. : The above stated experience occurred in Sector-14,Gurgaon.
